We are looking for a Senior Event Producer to join an agency who are making real waves in the London market, despite being a sub-25 head agency.
You will be involved in every step of the process; from inquiry/pitching stage, through to driving the success of the event.
You're going to know the person to turn to when you require a special kind of caterer, or which AV company can deliver the spectacular light show the client wants. You'll also be heavily involved in budget planning and costing - so you're going to know how much all these costs and how to drive profitability for the events.
The agency's client list rivals any you will see in the event sector, working with massive household names on incredible events.
How are they doing this when they're relatively small compared to their competitors?
Well, they can create anything for their clients, and as an employee, you will learn how to problem-solve, design an entire production set, build it and manage it.
You will be supported by an experienced team, but expected to use your initiative, your passion, and your experience to take responsibility for your own projects and wow their clients.
This company will be a real springboard for your career. Previous employees are heading up multi-national event companies, running their own event agency or working with some of the most exciting brands in the UK.
There is a real investment in your onboarding and onward progression with the agency, the training you receive is second to none; you will be immersed in every element of the events industry, from sound and AV to catering, from delegate management to celebrity management.
The head office is based in the centre of London, so there is a very active social scene, with the (frequent) wins celebrated together often.
From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £38,000 and £55,000, with plenty of other benefits.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me - whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven't got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
